"Welcome to my world...." Letter To You #2 March 3, 2023

Updated: Apr 17, 2023

Welcome to my world.... Won’t you come on in….. IF you are old enough to remember that line currently stuck in my head, please let me know who is singing! It’s not Elvis. Or Dean Martin. I love them both, but it is another guy I am hearing. Anyway! Thanks for the replies to last week’s email. My stories will come. Today I am full of announcements! #1 I felt called to organize a Mind Body Spirit expo. We have 50 vendors confirmed so far! Check them out! It will be a fantastic day so mark your calendars for April 29. See you in Rockford, IL to meet these incredible people doing healing helping work. I will be there giving FREE HUGS (We did that ten years ago! And got kicked out of the mall! #crazylove) #2 My friend Ginger at Inner Haven in Grayslake, IL has a rare opportunity to offer healing sessions with Dr Eric Pearl, the founder of Reconnective Healing. In a nutshell, Dr. Eric Pearl ran a chiropractic practice in LA. His patients began to report healings when he simply held his hands near them, without him physically touching them. Through his journey of research and discovery, now recognized and supported by science, this work is called “Reconnective Healing.” Reconnective Healing facilitates healings for people that are often instantaneous and can last a lifetime. Dr. Eric’s teaching of this work has taken him to over 100 countries affecting millions of people. He will be at Inner Haven on MARCH 11 and MARCH 16. APPOINTMENTS NEED TO BE BOOKED NOW. #3 My gorgeous-inside-and-out Aunt Renee (she is only a few years older than me, my mom’s baby sister) is sharing her own healing journey of facial paralysis in a new book The Hunt For My Smile. Renee’s essay, “Symmetry is Overrated,” describes how she ultimately found deeper confidence and self-acceptance living with incurable facial palsy. (She had Bell’s Palsy which then morphed into something more.) Renee says, “I felt the same inside and sometimes even forgot about my lopsided face. But that first trip to the grocery store made it clear to me that my approachable and friendly face was gone. I wanted to shout, “I’m me! I’m still the same!’” I want to share more– but you have to get the book! Read Renee’s story and the other authors who have much hard-earned wisdom to inspire us all, no matter what circumstances we face. Renee has allowed me to post pics of her changed face, the day after her face "melted" and now - click here. That’s it for today. My pledge to myself is to be brief. Chat soon! Much love, Kelly PS-I googled it. Jim Reeves. Welcome to my world Won't you come on in? Miracles, I guess Still happen now and then Step into my heart Leave your cares behind Welcome to my world Built with you in mind Knock and the door will open Seek and you will find Ask and you'll be given The key to this world of mine
