Howdy! And Hello Fall!

Summer-like weather lingers, but not hot and humid. ‘Tis glorious indeed.

I was sitting on my deck this morning taking in the beauty and a GORGEOUS fox trotted up our long hedgerow of burning bushes, hung out in the back corner for a bit, then gracefully trotted off. He was so magnificent, he could be in movies.

We’ve been at this house a year (was a year end of July) and this was my first fox sighting. We get all the critters and assumed fox was part of the neighborhood; it was pure joy to actually see him. How do I know it was male? I don’t. He just looked slightly larger, very regal, and I dare say he was delighted to see me too.

I hope you have an unexpected delight today.

Life is full of unexpected. We’ve had a lot of unexpected this past week with our family members. Some good, some not-so-good, but such is life. As of this moment, all is well. (Always, all is well, even when our human cannot comprehend that.)

So, once again, I am “behind” in getting events and gatherings announced. But guess what? What if there is no such thing as behind? What if it all just is, and our expectations label it as behind? What if life has its own timeline beyond what our mind/ego thinks “should be” and EVERYTHING HAPPENS IN DIVINE TIMING?

My heart is at ease. My human inner critic is getting there too.

One-on-one sessions with me have been increasingly off-the-charts magical. If you seek deep relaxation, deep clearing, deep healing, deep connection with your Higher Self, let’s do a private session. If you want singing bowls to be part of it, absolutely. (The wind chimes outside the window often provide some angelic sound too!)

Thank you for being in my world. Next Monday, Sept 29, is my birthday. Send me invisible love through the ethers --- and do something kind for someone.

Back when I was full-time writer/speaker/teacher/coach, often dubbed the Joy Fairy (a moniker I still relish), people showered me with joy gifts all the time. It was great fun to receive sweet things of joy, yet I didn’t need anything. I asked people to instead send joy messages and trinkets to someone who needed a pick-me-up, a thinking-of-you.

That is what I ask for my birthday. Do random acts of kindness, intentional acts of joy. Be small and discreet, or overtly wild and generous. Show people in your orbit that humans are beings of love.

Don’t wait. Start now. Make it a daily practice. THAT IS HOW WE CHANGE THE WORLD.
