Sanctuary = port in a storm

Thank you for the outpouring of appreciation for the recent missive to you with Instructions for Visiting Earth. If you missed it, here it is again.

Today was the visitation and funeral for my friend Bernice. She was 101. This last year was decline, but she had 100 "good" years on planet earth. I was continually amazed how her voice and mind and heart remained strong. What a blessing. I love you, Bernice.

I also just learned of Catherine O'Hara's passing. I don't know anything about this famous actress except for her stunning talent. She was only 71. She made me laugh. What a blessing. Thank you, Catherine.

I'm feeling lots of things today, and the words aren't forming. But my heart is beating with love and compassion for all, everywhere.

What a blessing.

I'll just leave it at that.
