Follow Spirit Without Hesitation

Many things going on here and it feels wonderful. A LOT, but wonderful. We head out east, long road trip, with a car full of singing bowls, gong, all the sound healing instruments. We are honored to bring Sound Healing journeys to the Heart Coherence Collaborative retreat. Jim and I are also doing many other workshop sessions for them in addition to sound healing (surprise to us too!) and it all feels very expansive and exciting.

I wrote this in my journal yesterday morning and re-reading it helped me this morning.

Follow your breath

to follow your heart,

to be in touch with what is true for you.

Don’t ping pong in your head;

BREATHE down into your heart.

Moment by moment by moment.

Breath by breath.

Opening to the connection of Spirit within.

Each moment, Spirit Connection paves the path

And you don’t have to worry about what’s next or “what do I do.”

It’s all revealed. Every breath. Moment by moment.

Things keep happening that I never could have imagined, and all I have to do is breathe.

Right here on the home front, MYSTICS ON MAIN STREET is happening! A High Frequency Sanctuary for Mind Body Soul.

We do not yet have an opening date. This venture was not expected or planned. It all just happened.

Long story short, my meditations recently told me to be a larger presence in the community, that people are ready/wanting/needing healing and peace and love, and may not feel comfortable attending events at someone's home. I was told that a space would reveal. And that it would be easy. And that it would simply feel right. (Journal, Sept 26.)

At the same time, a phrase I was given years ago (The Mystic On Main Street) kept coming to me. Way back when that first came in a meditation, I thought I was to write a novel with that title. That never happened, but the name never left. The nudge came that it's plural: MYSTICS on MAIN STREET.

Okay. Got it. I wrote in my journal (on Sept 30) that if there is a space literally on Main St, show me. I got in my car, drove Roscoe Main St. Nothing. Jog over, north of Elevator Rd, the road that I thought was a frontage road for Hwy 251 is still MAIN ST. Driving along, on the side of a building I see a tiny sign. SPACE FOR LEASE with a number to call.

I texted. Immediate reply. A little back and forth Q&A and we set an appointment to see the place. I see the place that night. Brought Jim the next day. The third day said yes let's do this. A week later signed a lease, and here we are.

Three weeks ago today was my birthday, Sept 29, and some amazing stuff transpired that day. Which paved the path. The next day, Sept 30th, I got my smart car (!) and saw the space that is now our second home. But literally, three weeks ago, I did not know this was happening. And here we are.

I can share more as we go, and maybe even some journal pages of my scribbles. Right now, just know that mystic simply means having a direct experience with the divine.

We will offer meditation gatherings, sound healing, energy work, group healing circles, workshops, events, movies, potlucks, and a few other folks will offer their magic with us. More details will keep coming.

Right now I have to pack and prep for a large road trip which we had in the works (also a crazy fun spontaneous gift how this all came to be) before we knew we were opening a local community center.

Peace all over all of us.

May you feel your Spirit nudges and follow them without hesitation. Even when your head tells you that you are crazy.
