December is .... extra

kellyjoysimmons

December is a joyful festive month -- AND for some, it can also feel hectic, sad, or lonely. Feel what you feel and do not judge yourself if you don’t feel merry. ALSO do not judge yourself if you feel bubbling over with holiday tingles. Let go of judge. Just allow.

In all the activities, tasks, and options this time of year: Do only what resonates. Thus, DO NOT do what does not resonate. Keep it that clearcut.

Sending holiday cards has not resonated with me for years. This year, I’m feeling it. (If you want old-fashioned snail mail, send me your address.)

Baking is feeling delightful this year. (Where are my stretchy pants??! Cookies are coming!) Going to "things" this year feels fun. Bring it. Watching romantic Christmas movies is a pleasure this year. (A Biltmore Christmas. A Heidelberg Holiday.) {Dec 2019 we went to Christmas Markets in Budapest, Vienna, and Prague. IF you ever get the chance to go, please do (if it resonates, of course) and eat one of everything for me!}

So, anyway, do the things that fill your cup. Say no thanks to those that don’t.

If you are local and looking for things to fortify your mind, body, and soul, check out a few events from me and some of my young loveys.

Thanks, lovely human, for being in my orbit.

Peace and blessings,

Much love,

Kelly

PS - I still have openings this month for private personal powerful healing sessions. If you have anything bothering you – physical, mental, emotional, spiritual - come on over.

PPS - Photo above is several homes ago. The banner, hand painted especially for us with love by Vermont artist/lovely human, Mary Hill, now hangs over our bed. Check out her stuff at https://www.maryhill.studio/.
