oday is 12/21/25, can you believe it? Sweet Solstice. We had two gatherings this weekend, a cacao ceremony and a sound bath. Both were such delight. Thank you to those who came, who shared your hearts. My heart overflows.

What are you doing 12/31/25? Celebrating the year past? Celebrating the year to come? Joining us for a SOUND EXCURSION INTO THE SOUL?

We hope you can! We start at 7pm, so you will be home in time to watch the clock strike midnight - or be snuggled toasty in your bed fast asleep if you choose.

Jim’s new large gong is so special. All our bowls and instruments are glorious, and the magic that happens in the room is hard to articulate. The experience is different for everyone. All proclaim the deepest relaxation; for many, it’s so much more.
