Take a 2-minute pause

Hi there!

A quick hello and an invisible hug.

Maybe I will see you Saturday morning at Meditation. Maybe I will see you at Sunday’s Sound Bath. Maybe I will see you next week at Meditation Monday evening or Wednesday lunch hour. Maybe I will see you at a 1:1 session.

Maybe I will only “see” you via these joy letters.

But I see you. I feel you. I love you.

Perhaps things have felt like a lot lately. I know many who are going through things. It has been very full here behind the scenes with some our dear beloveds.

I have been able to be there, present and calm. I am not depleted. I am grateful to be a help. I take time every morning to sit in stillness. A few minutes with God/Source/Spirit, my inner peace, truly makes a difference. Every single day. (And oh my heart the group meditation I channeled last Monday evening for our group gathering was tingly tingly wowee wow high frequency reset for the whole system!)

SO.

Whatever is shaking in your life, take a pause once a day - AT LEAST ONCE A DAY - and shake off the constant stimuli. Close your eyes. Feel the breath. Feel the heart beat. That’s it. No woo woo juju, no mantra, no rules, no agenda. A pause. Feel and notice.

That pause disrupts the overthinking mind and allows the nervous system and all the systems to recalibrate. Poof. It can happen that quickly. So if you only have a minute, take a minute. If you have longer, take longer.

I have oodles of tips and tricks, but that suffices for now.

Hang in there, little buckaroos. This too shall pass. The sun will come out tomorrow. Whatever catchphrase catches you, repeat it a few times. (The Monster Mash is just fine too.)

If you resonate with angels and guides and unseen help, ASK for their help! Standing by at the ready! If you resonate with fellow humans, ASK for their help. If you need anything ever, reach out to me too. If I cannot aid, I can connect you with someone who can.

Thanks, thanks, thanks. Carry on. Carry on.

Much love,

Kelly

maybe I’ll just crumple it a tiny bit instead.”
