Hello!!

Just popping in to say a quick HELLO! I am loving the summer mini-hiatus.

Our Meditation Mondays are rocking and rolling and wowee wow. We are digging the main floor room. Cozy and sweet.

Next Sound Bath is Saturday, June 20 at 9am. You must register in advance. https://www.eventbrite.com/e/1990912192963

Three summer reads for you, delightful nonfiction:

How to Host A Viking Funeral: The Case for Burning Your Regrets, Chasing Your Crazy Ideas, and Becoming the Person You're Meant to Be by Kyle Scheele 2022

Very easy breezy read. Funny, inspiring.

Wolf’s Message by Suzanne Giesemann 2014

A page-turner for sure! True story of Michael “Wolf” Pasakarnis and his parents, Mike and Beth. After Wolf’s passing, they discovered a poem and drawings he left behind, along with other clues about how Wolf knew how he would depart from this world (lightning strike). Through Suzanne Giesemann, a former U.S. Navy Commander-turned spiritual teacher, they began receiving undeniable and astonishing messages from beyond, offering irrefutable proof of his continued presence.

I highly recommend the documentary also. We did a screening last summer. It is now available on Tubi. https://www.wolfsmessage.com/

Threads of Infinity: Remembering the Higher Self by Nikos Kapoutsos 2025

Niko says, “This isn’t spiritual fluff—it’s an unfiltered examination of consciousness, interconnection, and the forces that shape our reality.” The book may be a “deep” topic yet the writing is lilting and lyrical and powerful. A lovely read, and I am going to read it again soon.

That is all for now.

Oh wait!

Some JOYS:

~ When my banana is exact ripeness I prefer, not too green, not too brown spotty

~ Watching Pink host the Tony Awards

~ Powerful 1:1 healing/activating sessions

Much love.

In joy,

Kelly
