Sabbatical of sorts for June

These past weeks I have been quiet. On social media. On writing these notes. In making plans.

Just being still. A bit of a sabbatical. Partly because of the glorious weather, partly because of the shifting energies, and partly because of the season I am in internally. Life is ever evolving!

Our summer schedule at Access Soul reflects that.  Wednesday noon and Saturday morning meditations are on hiatus until fall. We still host every Monday at 6:30pm.

This past Monday, June 1, was our first day using the new room on the main floor. Cozy. Quiet. Intimate. The meditation was super powerful. We all loved it.

Tonight we have our first sound bath in that smaller room, for a private group. So, yes, we are still doing private group sound journeys this summer. If that interests you, message me!

Our next public group sound bath is June 20, Saturday morning, 9am. Start the summer solstice weekend from a lovely grounded place.

1:1 sessions are ongoing this summer too.

We are more than our physical body – that is paramount to really grasp. It changes how we navigate life. And taking care of our physical body matters. The body is our instrument to connect with nonphysical guidance. And healing. And love. And peace.

Our sessions, in all modalities and capacities, are about tuning in to the body so we can tune in to The More. The physical and nonphysical are partners in this co-creation journey called human experience. Let’s keep opening our awareness to that connection.

Let it be simple. Let it be natural. Let it be.
