Hello! Howdy! Hey!

How lovely to be invited to present Sound Healing for a local event and have the event organizer create such a lovely flyer and write up!

"Meet Kelly Joy Simmons, founder of Access SOUL High Frequency Sanctuary in Roscoe.

Kelly creates welcoming spaces for women to reconnect with the peace within: because even when it feels buried, it’s still there.

Through sound healing, meditation, 1:1 energy and frequency work, intuitive soul coaching, events, and workshops, Kelly supports women navigating daily stress, grief, an ADHD brain, perimenopause, life transitions, and questions of purpose.

Her work invites greater ease, clarity, trust, and joy: supporting healing on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. You are not alone.

We’re honored to welcome Kelly to Breathe & Lead on August 22, where she will guide our Sound Therapy Experience: “Pause. Breathe. Reset.”

Thank you to Nafsi Institute! I am delighted to be of service.

If you are a woman – “professional” or not – join us this Saturday, Aug 22. I will be there all day for the whole thing and also of course providing a Sound Bath. I do believe Jim will show up for the Sound Journey so you will get the full experience of gong, chimes, Native American flute along with the singing bowls and other sound healing instruments. Two of us playing in tandem is high frequency, and scientifically speaking, a real wowee-wow!

It is always a delight to introduce people to the magic of sound baths.

Intention + Frequency = Healing!

Speaking of sound baths -

FYI: SOUND BATH this Wednesday Aug 19 is sold out.

Let's see......

What brings me joy lately

·       Time with our 10-month-old grandson

·       People and organizations asking for private sound baths for their groups

·       Playing CDs in my car (Currently - Robbie Williams, Taylor Swift, Brandi Carlile)

I thought I was old school, digging my CDs, but our 16-year-old granddaughter is buying CDs now! I also love radio. The other day tooling around town in my little blue VW SportWagen, two songs came on back to back, different styles, but same message: Peace of mind.

Yep yep and amen. John Lennon “Watching the Wheels” and Boston “Peace of Mind.”  Music is a great calming tool. Use it! Have a playlist and/or let random songs come on that bring you back to Presence. Simply singing along to any faves on CDs or radio is also total Present Moment goodness.

Our purpose with Meditation gatherings is just that – guiding you back to Presence. Finding that inner calm so you can access it any time. All day in “real” life we can find that Presence and not be so reactive.

The more I play in my inner realm, the more I am better able to navigate the external realm. Circumstances have less hold. Default becomes “things will work out” instead of falling prey to chaos/worry/fear.

More opportunities for Meditation return soon now that September is just around the corner. Summer schedule will cease; Meditation will go back to three times a week beginning the week after Labor Day.

Mondays 6:30pm-7:30pm A glorious way to start the week

Wednesdays 12:15pm-12:45pm A 30-minute reset + recharge for midday midweek and you can scoot back to work timely

Saturdays 9am-10am Let the weekend start with a little you time

As always, ALL are welcome. NO meditation experience needed. No moolah needed. Donation based so just show up. You have nothing to lose. And peace of mind to gain.

Folks have been asking for September Sound Bath schedule so let’s give this a whirl:

INTUITIVE TUESDAY returns Sept 15 at 6:30pm. A fun evening of discovering the wisdom and guidance from our mind/body connection to our soul.

More to come, but for now, take a deep in-breath with me. Hold it for as long as you can. Exhale long and slow. Feel your jitters dissipate. If you still feel a little wiggly, do it again. Deep in. Long hold. A little longer. You can do it! Exhale out. Ahhhhhhhhhh.

Let me sign off now with a little song and dance. Any time of day is good for a Good Morning!

In joy,

Kelly

to which you can retreat at any time and be yourself."
