Valentine's weekend, and always, we love you

Hey Howdy Hello!
Valentine's weekend can be triggering for some. We live in a society that sends endless messages, usually not powerful uplifting messages, and our brains over time have co-opted those messages to be truth.
The external messages of social media, media media, advertising, endless scrolling, etc. are NOT the truth.
YOU are whole and sovereign and a delightfully perfectly imperfect human whether you have a partner or not, whether you have a sweetie this weekend or not.
One of the many things I loved about living in France all those years ago was that the culture was NOT couple-centric. You did not need a "plus one" to feel at ease attending events. Each person was seen as a person and not someone else's "better half."
There was no awkwardness hanging as a solo with a group of couples. There was no such thing as feeling like a "third wheel." Simply wasn't a concept.
People are people and single, pairs, trios, whatever does not matter. Each person is a separate entity. (Duh.)
How refreshing. How glorious to not feel pressure to "be in a relationship." The real truth is that you are always in relationship - with you.
We are so grateful for you. YOU.
Be grateful for you. You are adored.

In Service to Spirit.
Much love.
xxKelly
