We begin with a clearing/activation and then discern the clear specific area of focus for what needs to be addressed/acknowledged right now. Physical, emotional, mental or spiritual. From shoulder pain to emotional turmoil to grief.

This healing/growth intention is activated while I employ Holographic techniques to realize and stabilize this alignment in reality.

This consult + plan + energetic shifting will involve multiple modalities depending on needs/desires. Expect a level of commitment on your part to take additional actions outside of the session, i.e. daily quiet time, affirmations, rest, mantras, journaling, guided meditation, etc.
