Frequently Asked Questions
What does Vibroacoustic Therapy feel like?
Gentle, soothing vibrations move through your body—sort of like a full-body sound massage. You lie (fully clothed) on the massage bed or recliner and experience deep relaxation, a sense of calm, or even feel like you’re “floating.”
You might fall asleep - and that's great too!
Is it safe?
YES. Vibroacoustic Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive modality.
If you have specific medical concerns, feel free to reach out before your session.
