This year, put yourself on your priority list. When you take a moment for you, to tap into the calm, to learn tools to access inner peace, you are able to love on you and everyone else fully, genuinely, joyfully.
NO meditation experience needed.
We are casual, welcoming, and sit on comfy chairs. Water and tea provided.
All belief systems. All ages. ALL are welcome. Moms of kids, pet moms, soon-to-be moms, empty nester moms. YOU are welcome.
