A deeply restorative sound experience. Rather than playing together, participants receive the medicine of the drum. The vibrations calm the nervous system, ground the body, and guide the mind into a meditative state.
We begin in sacred circle. Each person takes a turn standing in the center while two people beat the drums up and down you. The rhythmic pulse supports release, regulation, and reconnection—inviting clarity, presence, and embodied peace.
No prior experience is needed.
Each person has opportunity to take turns being a drummer, along with one of the leaders. You will feel the collective power when sitting in circle, when standing to receive, and when being the drummer. Potent and palpable.
ALL are welcome. A drum bath is especially supportive for those feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their body.
