My work is a combination of modalities and a decade of professional experience.

The goal is to release ​whatever attachment(s) are holding you back from being fully empowered and connected with your vessel from all levels (physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and/or spiritual).

Connection to self is where our inner peace is found. ​I use various techniques on the body to restore that connection. If you are feeling pain, let's get to the bottom of it. And let it go, once and for all.

NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT)

NKT is gentle, precise, and often surprisingly emotional — because the body stores more than just tension. Sometimes letting go of pain means letting go of what’s been holding it in place.

This therapy is hands-on like physical therapy but so much more. We work with the whole of you, the mind-body connection, and GET TO THE ROOT of your issue. So it can be finally and fully released.

HORSES and PETS

I provide my services for both owners and their horses/pets. Quite often when the horse (or pet) is healed, the owner feels a shift in their own physical body and/or are now willing to have a healing session for themselves!

I work a lot with HORSES, as well as other pets including but not limited to dogs, cats, and snakes. (Yes, snakes.)

PTSD/ADDICTIONS

I developed this technique while working in a LA Trauma Center and saw significant success/effectiveness with addictions and PTSD.

If you have tried other therapies without any success, this might be the way to finally finding relief.

I utilize manual muscle testing to see how different sounds, smells, light, taste, and sensations affect connection with  body. 

​

This approach is specifically designed to identify triggers of the nervous system related to the 5 senses and reprogram how the brain interprets those inputs, and can change everything.

Breathwork to the Beat

I also facilitate breathwork workshops that are unlike the usual breathwork you may have experienced! ​
